Ceebs is a mobile application operated by QuietCue, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“QuietCue,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Ceebs mobile application (the “App”).
By using Ceebs, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Name or display name (if provided through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In)

1.2 Screenshot and Content Processing
When you submit chat screenshots for reply suggestions:
The screenshot is processed temporarily to extract relevant text, vocabulary patterns, and stylistic signals.
We do not permanently retain screenshot image files after processing is complete.
We may retain derived data (such as vocabulary patterns or reply style preferences) to improve personalization.
Screenshots are used solely to provide the requested feature and are not sold.
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
Device type
Operating system
App version
Basic usage metrics
Log data necessary for security and troubleshooting
We do not collect precise location data.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide and operate Ceebs features, including AI-powered reply suggestions
Personalize reply recommendations
Create and manage user accounts
Maintain security and prevent fraud
Improve app functionality and performance
Respond to support inquiries
Send essential service notifications
We do not sell personal information.
3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
To deliver AI-powered functionality, certain content may be transmitted securely to third-party AI service providers, including:

3.1 What May Be Shared
Depending on the feature used, transmitted data may include:
Text extracted from screenshots
Conversation text you submit
Transcribed voice input (if applicable)
We do not share your email address or identifying account information with these providers unless required for authentication or legal compliance.
3.2 Model Training
We use API-based AI services. Data transmitted for processing is used solely to provide requested features and is not used by us to train public AI models.
Each provider processes data according to its own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
Typical retention periods:
Account information: Up to 6 months after account deletion
Derived personalization data: Until account deletion
Logs and diagnostics: Up to 12 months
Screenshot image files: Processed temporarily and not retained after analysis
Backups may persist for a limited period consistent with standard cloud retention practices.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:
Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
Secure backend infrastructure (e.g., Firebase / cloud hosting)
Restricted internal access controls
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
